Please note:
You put in your username to request a new password, not your email.
Username is selected separately from the in-game name, so they dont have to be the same.
Once you put in your username a new password link is sent to the email on the account
Don't have access to your email anymore?
Don't worry, we will help you reset your email.
You need to create a support ticket and give us information about the account that only you would know so that we know that the account is yours.
Such information are for example:
* Old e-mail
* username on the account
* Secret question answer
* Name and adress on the account
* Prior billing information on the account.
We do not need all the information, but the more you can give the better.
