I didn't recieve the Account confirmation e-mail

Account activation emails should not take more than a few minutes but at times can be delayed. Sometimes this e-mail can go to your spam box so please check there first.

If your email has not arrived within an hour, most likely, the system needs support staff to resolve an issue.

Please submit a ticket with the email that you have signed up with.

Unfortunately, the activation emails are not always being received properly. We have confirmed with our mail service provider they are going out, but our testing, and your reports, show that some of them are received, and some aren't.

We continue to work on tracing this problem to resolve the inconsistency.
