I forgot my username

If you forgot your username you are not able to reset your password via our homepage, but don't worry - We can help you.

You need to create a support ticket and give us information about the account that only you would know so that we know that the account is yours.
Such information are for example:

* E-mail on the account
* game-name on the account
* Secret question answer
* Name and adress on the account
* Prior billing information on the account.

We do not need all the information, but the more you can give the better.
