Changing your gamename is easy! Submit a support ticket with the title Gamename Change, then include your:
Gamename (current):
Username:
Email:
and your desired
Gamename (new):
Note: A gamename can only contain 2-8 characters, can have letters and numbers. All lowercase, except for Hero builders who can get the first as a capital letter.
The cost of changing your gamename is $10.00
CRS will be able to bill your default payment method on file.
By sending in a ticket requesting a name change you authorize us to charge you $10.00 USD as a one time fee.
Upon successful completion of the payment, we'll then make the changes you've requested and get back to you with a confirmation.
