Yes, WWII Online offer a free subscription.
By signing up to WWII Online you're receiving a perpetual Free Play subscription (zero cost), designed to introduce you to the game and provide base access. It is like a continuous demo and is not to be misinterpreted as a traditional "Free to Play" model. Upgrade your account to get more weapons/access.

If you decide to pay for a premium subscription the account will revert back to free to play if you decide to stop paying for premium in the future, so you dont lose your F2P access if you want to try premium subscription.
